1080p playback stutters on iPad because the root cause is the 3.12MB/s cross-border TCP ceiling on a single stream. After comparing the transport-layer differences between HY2 and VLESS (CF tunnel / REALITY direct connect), on-site verification overturned the original proposal: all inbound UDP on the VPS is being dropped by the Lightsail cloud firewall, the REALITY 443 direct-connect path is actually unreachable, and Tailscale's 41641 has established a real-world 123Mbps UDP direct connection. The upgrade plan is revised to Tailscale exit node + HY2 embedded, with the existing dual VLESS paths left untouched.
